This NVS parameter is set when the plate has been moved onto the transfer table
and cleared once the plate has moved off the transfer table. It is used to
prompt the operator to remove the plate during initialization or error recovery.
This flag is cleared if the APL doors are unlocked and then locked again during
a suspend condition.
This parameter is available.
